This little book covers all aspects of dog grooming in easy to understand terms. I'm having my son read it now so he can start helping me take care of HIS dog.
I really appreciate how this book is structured. All the chapters follow the same logoc : chapter picture, quote, topic discussion and tips. Very easy to follow. Tips are very useful.
I'm happy I got this book. I have learned so much and it has made a significant difference in the quality of my grooming. She talks about everything from washing, to combing, cutting, and trimming nails etc. I like the tips section of each chapter. Overall, this is an exciting and fun book to read.
I've only read a couple of sections so far, but it's easy to understand and has good general information. I like the last section that tells you about the grooming needs of certain breeds.
I've only had cats all my life so I wasn't really sure what was needed when my boyfriend and I got our terroir mix. This book was a good beginners guide so I could learn what tools I need to get.
This guide has key and relevant information needed to get you started on how to groom you pet yourself. I bought it for my 14 year-old daughter who is learning how to groom her first puppy. She loves it.
